Thank you for visiting Lowcountry Walking Tours! We're pleased to share Charleston's rich history and introduce you to the Holy City's beauty and charm. Downtown Charleston's historic appeal is well known. It boasts the largest historic district in the United States. Historic Downtown Charleston is best explored by foot and the Holy City's history, full of mystery, romance and southern charm, makes for an amazing walking tour.
We offer a variety of small group tours daily given by native Charlestonians and lifelong educators who are eager to share their unique stories and insights with you. With only a maximum of 10 people allowed per tour (most walking tours allow a maximum of 20) you are guaranteed a more intimate and up-close experience. Please click the "Buy Lowcountry Walking Tour Tickets" button to see the availability calendar and purchase tickets.
For guests who want to take a tour on a day on which we don't have one scheduled, we recommend taking a tour with our parent company, Walks of Charleston. They offer tours of Charleston's Historic District daily at 10:30 am and 2:00 pm. Click the "Walks of Charleston Tickets" button to view their availability calendar and purchase tickets.
And for those of you who are looking for a ghost tour, we recommend the "Haunted History Tour", also offered by Walks of Charleston. This fun tour recounts the stories that make Charleston a city of restless souls with unfinished business! Click the "Haunted History Tour Tickets" button to view their availability calendar and purchase tickets.
